We offer New York hall rentals for weddings, receptions including NY landmark rental, banquet halls and film locations. Lessee's use of the Hall/Courtyard shall be limited to the term and shall not deviate from the above mentioned purpose. Lessee's use of the Hall/Courtyard shall not be in violation of any law, governmental regulation nor in any manner shall said use vitiate or increase the rate of insurance on the premises. Lessee shall pay all fees, fines, penalties, costs or any increase in insurance premiums resulting from Lessee's use of the Hall/Courtyard. It is expressly understood that Lessee shall have no right or access to any portion of the premises other than the Hall/Courtyard. Use of amplifiers must be approved by the director of rentals. Any music played in the Hall/ Courtyard must adhere to the music genre and volume-level restrictions determined by the director of rentals. If Lessee intends to hire a caterer to serve food or beverages at the Hall/Courtyard, a certificate of liability for said caterer must be on file with the rental office or be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event. The caterer shall maintain $1,000,000.00 in general liability insurance. Rental deliveries are scheduled at the discretion of the rental office. Deliveries on the day of the function must arrive within the scheduled time frame at an entrance to be designated by the director of rentals. Lessee shall be responsible for any and all damage resulting from such deliveries.

This Georgian-style mansion overlooking east side Park Ave. and 93rd St. has a hall (1000 sq.ft. approx.) and a connecting room (800 sq. ft. approx.) that are available for board meetings, photo shoots, receptions and dinners. The hall, located on the second floor, with elevator access, faces high end Park Ave. It is fully restored in the Neo-Classical style and seats 70 people for dining. The adjacent room located at the corner of the building with its large windows has a view looking down Park Ave. and is ideal for photo shoots, small board meetings or space as a kitchen for caterers preparing a reception. Additionally, the mansion offers an exceptionally rare enclosed flagstone courtyard (1800 sq. ft. approx.) that is available and can accommodate tenting. The client's rental fee payment provides for a period of use of the premises in accordance with the type of rental. This generally allows for a setup period, the function itself and an hour for the caterer, florist, musicians, etc. to clean up after the client has left. If additional time is required, the client is welcome to purchase up to two hours prior to the event. The building will not be available until the agreed-upon time. The premises may not be used for any purposes inconsistent with the moral and ethical standards of the Russian Orthodox Church outside of Russia. Music performed or played at the function may only be of a genre acceptable to the Lessor (at the discretion of the director of rentals). Sunday functions may not begin before 3:00 p.m. Saturday functions must end no later than 4:00 p.m. Functions may under no circumstances conflict or coincide with services held at the Cathedral or the Chapel. Caterers and deliveries may not disrupt services in the Cathedral or the Chapel.
